How long is a typical session and how much does it cost?

First Step Session - Free
Your first 50-minute session is a chance to explore what a listening relationship could mean for you. There’s no pressure, no obligation, just time for you to talk and be heard.

Single Session - £55
A full 60-minute one-to-one listening session. Ideal for those looking for occasional support or space to reflect in a calm, non-clinical setting.

Four-Session Pack - £200
Save when you commit to regular listening support. This bundle of 4 x 60-minute sessions (used within 8 weeks) helps build momentum, insight, and trust.

Ongoing Support Plan - £95/month
A regular rhythm of support: 2 x 60-minute sessions per month, with optional check-ins by message between. A great choice for those navigating longer-term stress, transitions, or emotional fatigue.
